Nightly Ritual

Hold the pillow in both hands near your mouth and nose. Take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. With each breath think or say out loud the following or something similar: I heal quickly and without complications. My health returns to me.

To Charge

Charge this pillow in the light of the full moon, with The Star or Temperance tarot card, or by dabbing a drop of lavender essential oil, or a spell oil designed for healing into the middle and four corners of your pillow with your finger.  The pillow should be charged monthly, or after a period of not using it. 

Care and Contents

This is a handmade item with magic stitched into every thread. Expect differences from the photo. Only you should touch your dream pillow, and it should be cleansed (with smoke, sound, or left in a ring of salt) and charged if someone else handles it.
